Abstract
As the teams and organizations become larger, it becomes impossible for the management to
newlinecreate customized jobs and experiences for individuals with the as-is traditional top-down management approaches. At any workplace designing jobs aligned to everyone s strengths and passion was always a challenge for managers and the human resource departments in organizations. Failing to meet this dynamic ever-changing new workforce expectations, the job then attracts a negative dimension and leads to employee fatigue and burnout. Hence, neither the managers nor the organization can fix this problem, instead, the individual
newlineemployees need to come forward to tweak and customize their jobs as per their needs and
newlineinterests; this concept is called Job Crafting .
