Abstract
This is an exploratory study that has employed methods of data collection and analysis quantitatively. The present study was conducted to find out the significant differences in Self Regulated Learning, Self Efficacy and Decision-Making Style among Sepaktakraw, Football and Rugby players. Three hundred seventy-six players, out of which one hundred eighty-eight males and one hundred eighty-eight females were selected as subjects. The age of the subjects ranged between 17 to 25 years. Subjects were selected from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. Panjab University, Chandigarh. Punjabi University, Patiala and Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar. It is concluded from the findings that the male Football group performed better than the Sepaktakraw group. The Rugby group performed better than the Sepaktakraw group, whereas the Rugby group performed better than the Football group on the variable, Self-Regulated Learning . It is concluded from the findings that the male Sepaktakraw group performed better than the Football group. The Rugby group performed better than the Sepaktakraw group, whereas the Rugby group performed better than the Football group on the variable, of Self-Efficacy . It is concluded from the findings that the male Football group performed better than the Sepaktakraw group. The Rugby group performed better than the Sepaktakraw group, whereas the Football group performed better than the Rugby group on the variable, Decision-making Style . It is concluded from the findings that the female Football group performed better than the Sepaktakraw group. The Sepaktakraw group performed better than the Rugby group, whereas the Football group performed better than the Rugby group on the variable, Self-Regulated Learning . It is concluded from the findings that the female Football group performed better than the Sepaktakraw group. The Rugby group performed better than the Sepaktakraw group, whereas the Rugby group performed better than the Football group on the variable, Self-Efficacy .
