| dc.description.abstract | Alkaliphilic phosphate solubilizing actinomycetes were effectively isolated from the enriched broth and screened for alkaline phosphatase production. And further Identification of selected mainly promising alkaliphilic phosphate solubilizing actinomycetes was done by morphological, microscopic, biochemical and molecular marker studies. From the identification process, it was confirmed that the potent strain belongs to actinomycetes Arthrobacter crysallopoeitesPJC-S08.Screening of phytohormone activity such as auxins and cytokinins from obtained alkaliphilic actinomycetes recognized as Arthrobacter crysallopoeitesPJC-S08 showed promising activities of Auxin and cytokinin. Optimization of Physico-chemical characteristics for alkaline phosphatase production from Arthrobacter crystallopoietes isolate was done by the statistically designed technique. Purification and characterization of produced alkaline phosphatase study revealed that affinity column purification and has given the isolation of alkaline phosphatase to its maximum purity. Scale-up and large-scale production of phosphate solubilizing alkaliphilic Arthrobacter crystallopoietes (ATCC 15481) were done with the help of bioreactor. Investigation for testing the suitability (Pot study) of developed Arthrobacter crystallopoietes (ATCC 15481) as a potential candidate as Microphos bio inoculants newline | |
