newline Work-life balance (WLB) always remained a point of discussion and relevance for the organizations and its employees. Maintaining a perfect balance between personal and professional life is what every professional strives to achieve. Previous studies have revealed that a balanced work life is linked to job-satisfaction and job-performance. Fixed number of working hours and working at a fixed work-place gives a high degree of work-segmentation. But in the age of digitalization, when most of the work is done on technological devices, i.e., personal computers, laptops, and various information and communication devices, i.e., smartphones, and, social media applications, etc. It becomes difficult to separate work from personal life. Organizations are opting for advanced ways of doing work and changing their work-policies as per the work demands. Employees are carrying their work in the form of technology everywhere, which is not a new phenomenon. With rapid technological advancements, flexible work hours, work-from-home and working in different time zones, is making work inseparable from personal life
