The present investigation entitled Standardization of Fertigation Scheduling in Tomato-Cucumber Rotation under Poly-house Conditions was carried out at Hi-Tech Unit, Department of Horticulture, Rajasthan College of Agriculture, MPUAT, Udaipur during two consecutive years 2016 and 2017.Six doses of fertilizers and three levels of irrigation for both the crops were evaluated with three replications under factorial randomized block design. newlineThe results of experiment shows that different fertilizer treatments, irrigation levels and their combinations were significantly affect the growth, yield and quality of tomato and cucumber during both the years of study. Among different fertilizer treatments maximum plant height at harvesting (279.91 cm), leaf area (85.68 cm2), fruit weight (99.86 g), fruit diameter (4.94 cm), number of fruits per plant (57.92), total soluble solids (5.80 oBrix), lycopene content (3.74 mg 100g-1), total yield per plant (5.21 kg), yield per meter square (13.88 kg), nutrient content in leaf and water use efficiency (37.53 kg m-3) as well as highest net return of and#8377; 171243.93 recorded with application of 150 per cent of RDF through WSF in treatment F6, while maximum nutrient use efficiency was obtained with treatment F3 (75% of RDF through WSF). In different levels of irrigation treatment I3 (IW/ETc ratio of 1.00) recorded the maximum number of branches (7.99), fruit weight (94.94 g), fruit volume (99.61 cc), total yield per plant (4.46 kg), yield per meter square (11.89 kg) and highest nutrient use efficiency. Maximum water use efficiency (33.74 kg m-3) was reported in treatment I1 (IW/ETc ratio of 0.80). Among various combinations of fertilizer treatments and irrigation levels maximum number branches (8.62), stem diameter (1.35 cm), fruit weight (100.58 g), fruit diameter (4.98 cm), total yield per plant (5.29 kg), yield per meter square (14.11 kg) and highest nutrient use efficiency was observed with treatment F6I2 (150% of RDF through WSF + IW/ETc ratio of 0.90). However, treatment F6I3 (150% o
