ITCs help teachers to recordand newlineconstantly monitor the progress of each student. ITCs allow customized delivery of newlinerelevant education material to each individual learner. ITCs can build virtual social newlinecommunities among different educational institutions, teams of students or teachers. ITCs newlinefacilitate learning-to-learn skills. newlineThe latest innovations in ITCs (mobile tools, cloud solutions, etc.) allow to implement newlinecontinuous learning processes indifferent learning contexts and provide on-demand newlinesupport to students. Even the most advanced teachers have to use the universalteaching newlinestrategies to deliver course material to students in the traditional classroom. newlineBlended Learning is the combination of multiple approaches to learning. It is usuallyused newlineto define a situation where different delivery methods are combined together to deliver a newlineparticular course. These methods may include a mixture of face-to-face learning, selfpaced learning and online classrooms. newlineTeachers should acquire some new skills in the effective use of information technologies, newlinementoring, mediating values and encouraging self-motivation. They should also newlinesystematically evaluate their students activities. newlineTo understand and apply the new learning methodology, teachers themselves need newlineextensive learning opportunities.
