A field study was performed at the Agronomy Farm, Lovely Professional University (LPU), newlinePunjab, during the Rabi seasons of 2022-23 and 2023-24. The study aimed to investigate newlinehow various levels of sulphur and zinc influence the growth, productivity, and quality newlineattributes of Gobhi Sarson (Brassica napus L.).The research setup included four sulphur newlinetreatment (S0: Control, S1:10 kg/ha, S2:20 kg/ha, and S3: 30 kg/ha) combined with four zinc newlinetreatment (Z0 Control, Z1: Single application, Z2: Two application, and Z3: Three newlineapplication). The factorial randomized block design resulted in 16 distinct treatment newlinecombinations, each replicated three times. The study examined seeds, stover, biological newlineyields, along with the harvest index, oil-related parameters of gobhi sarson. Zinc and sulphur newlineapplication had a substantial effect on all measured yield and quality parameters. The newlinemaximum seed yield (2752 kg/ha), stover yield (6841 kg/ha), and total biological yield (9593 newlinekg/ha) were recorded with the Z3-3 application. The highest oil yield (962.32 kg/ha) and oil newlinecontent (40.25%) were recorded under the 30 kg sulphur per hectare treatment, compared to newlineS2 (20 kg: 40.09%, 921.25), S1 (10 kg: 38.18%, 802.17), and the control (S0: 36.21%, newline689.17). Similar trends in nutrient uptake were found in both stover and seeds. In sulphur newlinelevels, maximum values were measured for nutrient uptake, Plant height, fresh and dried newlineweight, and the number of leaves/plant, chlorophyll content, and both primary and secondary newlineleaf counts. Application of sulphur at30kg/ha with three application of zinc (S3Zn3) newlinesignificantly improved the straw, seed and biological yield. The uptake of NPKZNS in both newlinestraw as well as seed was significantly higher than in all other treatment. The highest newlinepotassium content (0.589% in seeds and 1.633% in stover) and uptake (14.28 kg/ha in seeds newlineand 95.90 kg/ha in stover) were observed under the three zinc application (Zn3), while the newlinecontrol treatment (Z0) recorded the lowest values. The study also evaluated the fertility statu
