Management of digital technology an analytical study on consumer awareness and level of satisfaction with the growth of IT sector in Bhopal city

Abstract

Ever since the new government has taken up the charge in the state of Madhya newlinePradesh, lots of efforts have been done especially in the fields of digital Initiatives. newlineThe current research work is all about exploring these opportunities and also to find newlinethe awareness of the citizens in this matter. newlineThe study highlights on certain questions being put forward to the common mass as newlinewell as experts in the field of IT sector regarding the initiatives within the state. The newlineresearcher was in an attempt to find the awareness of the citizens of Bhopal city on newlinethe IT happening within the state. An attempt was also made to find out the factors newlineresponsible for consumer satisfaction with IT sector. newlineThe findings suggested that there was more need on IT awareness drive for the newlinecitizens of Bhopal. The citizens were well aware of the growing opportunities within newlinethe state yet many did not prefer in opting a career in the state. The reasons are put newlineforward for future researches. newlineMany tools like reliability test, factor analysis, Cronbach s Alpha test, Chi-square newlinetests are used as statistical tools. The result of analysis revealed that many steps newlinehave to be taken to bring about awareness at the grass root level so that use of newlinetechnology will be at ease for each and every citizen residing within the city. Special newlineeffort has to be taken to improve the network services within the Bhopal city. newlineThe Government of Madhya Pradesh seems to be very determined to overcome the newlinechallenges coming in the way of establishing better communication network. There newlineare several initiatives proposed to be offered on power and land for those interested newlinein setting up of units in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The pro-active approach of the newlinestate government and ideal conditions would surely make the state on the IT map of newlineIndia.
