Legal mechanism to promote non fossil systems of energy generation in the globalised world a study in context of green technology

Abstract

Earth is facing the issue of managing its ever growing population which is demanding a constant supply of energy to fulfill the daily activities, the functioning of which is based upon energy. This study is dealing with the concept of transitioning to non-fossil fuel sources of energy. The benefits and hurdles in adopting renewable sources of energy along with International and National legal framework, dispute resolution, and intellectual property rights protection of renewable green technology are discussed along with a comparison of India, Bhutan and Cuban legal framework. The conclusion proposes suggestions for better implementation of the renewable energy transition. newline
