Nano bioformulation of microbial consortium for alleviation og diseases to enhance the productivity of cicer arietinum

Abstract

In the current perusal, 54 rhizobacterial isolates were segregated by rhizospheric newlinesoil and root nodules of chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.) of Madhya Pradesh, India. Isolated newlinetest organisms were characterized morphologically, biochemically and 16S rRNA gene newlinesequencing. Then after, nano-cellulose was prepared from corn cob using mechano-chemical newlineprocess followed by characterization with Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and newlineFourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR). Beneficial PGPRs were encapsulated newlinewith prepared nano-cellulose material by applying physical processes. newline
