Abstract

Thin film transistor (TFTs) plays a vital role in modern technologies for amplifying newlinesignals, driving the displays, and storing data. Thin film techniques are employed to newlinecreate miniature electronics, allowing for their integration upon various substrate like newlinesilicon or glass. TFTs have significantly influenced on technological advancement, newlineaffecting memory devices, sensors, active-matrix liquid crystal display (AMLCD) pixel newlinecircuit and resistive load inverter circuit etc. Understanding the structure, newlinecharacteristics, and behaviour of TFTs for different applications is the main goal of this newlineresearch work. newline
