Chapter -3 is related to newlineDevelopmental University Libraries of western U.P. dealing with collections, sources of newlineinformation, and information service programmers. Chapter-4 deals with information newlineservices, its concept and sources and cooperative effort and software used, information newlinesources and information services in university libraries of western U.P., and explain the newlinestatus quo of the libraries. It has given an account of electronic sources applied in newlineuniversity libraries of U.P. Chapter-5 discusses the network and its planning and resources newlinein university libraries giving an account of major networks including INFLIBNET and newlineUGC INFONET.
