Abstract
newlineEco-Tourism means the management of tourism and conservation of nature in a way to maintain the finest balance between the requirements of tourism and ecology. Forests and biological diversity have been systematically collapsing in the 21st century due to heavy greenhouse emissions, global warming, and pollution. Fortunately, it is an eye-opener to realize and recognize the possibility of new beginnings in terms of human responsibility to nature. Indian culture and thought have long been influenced by nature worship and conservation ethics. Nowadays, Tourists are interested in seeing and enjoying Mother Nature, so they desire to travel to Ecotourism destinations that have lovers of nature. I have chosen the three places, i.e., Nallamalai Jungle camps, Orvakal Rock Garden, and Belum caves in Kurnool district, Andhra Pradesh to examine the impacts of Eco-Tourism on the sustainable development of the local community and also know the role of Community Based Eco-Tourism. The study mainly focused on how ecotourism activities in these selected eco-tourism destinations are progressively improving the social, economic, cultural, and ecological impacts on the local community lifestyles.
