Abstract

In the first phase copper indium telluride films would be newlinedeposited at different duty cycles on titanium substrates from the precursors at newlineroom temperature the films would be characterized by x ray diffraction optical newlineabsorption electrical parameters would be studied surface morphology of the newlinefilms would also be studied the composition of the films would be estimated by newlineedax and xps wet photovoltaic cells photo electrochemical cells would be newlinefabricated and tested newline newline
