newlineFormulating culture of any organization is a complex phenomenon in itself, which involves numerous parameters such as economy, level of socialization, language, authority and technology state-of-art. As a result, Organisational culture is perceived as final product which poses interaction with several dimensions. Moreover, some of the dimensions might be more dominant than others. Generally, emergence of common culture in any organization relies upon strong association of group of people, interacting with one another. In any educational sector (School or College or University), individuals (employees) perform important role to carry the culture which is developed by higher authorities. In other words, ongoing culture of any organization maintains unity, share common emotions, philosophies, myths and perspectives
