In the modern era, a high preference for unhealthy food and a sedentary lifestyle newlineincreases the chances of an obesity pandemic, which is the most dangerous health newlineepidemic. Obesity also causes serious health diseases, such as diabetes, heart disease, newlinepsychiatric and mental disorders, high blood pressure, metabolic issues, and other newlinechronic diseases. Obesity is more common among women than men and affects newlinewomen in a variety of ways. Obesity in women is commonly linked to Polycystic newlineOvary Syndrome (PCOS) which harms metabolic and reproductive health. newlinePCOS has become one of the most prevalent disorders among women in recent newlineyears where 8 to 10% of women are affected in their reproductive age which may newlinecause infertility or other serious health problems. PCOS is a disease that is linked to newlineboth the reproductive and metabolic functions of women. Medical professionals do newlinenot completely understand the actual reason for PCOS.
