Associations between spiritual health, resilience and psychological wellbeing have been established through literature, it would be interesting to study how spiritual health of parents might be a potential source of influence in the life of their child. The current study inquires whether maternal and paternal spiritual health can predict psychological wellbeing and resilience in their young adults. Sample data for the study was collected from 205 family units, comprising- one father (Mean Age-47.86years, S.D-4.65), one mother (Mean Age-43.02 years, S.D-4.33) and one child (Mean Age-17.55 years, S.D-1.20), N = 615). Results indicate maternal spiritual health is a significant predictor of psychological wellbeing (p lt .01) and resilience (p lt .01) of their young adults. All the sub-components of maternal spiritual health except self-evolution significantly correlate with psychological wellbeing of her young adult. This study suggests that significant correlations exist between maternal spiritual health and the sub-components of psychological wellbeing namely- Environmental Mastery, Personal Growth and Personal Relations. All the sub-components of maternal spiritual health significantly correlate with resilience of the young adult. Results show that paternal spiritual health is a significant predictor of psychological wellbeing (p lt .01) and resilience (p lt .01) of his young adult. All the sub-components of paternal spiritual health except Self-evolution significantly correlate with psychological wellbeing of his young adult. Significant correlations exist between paternal spiritual health and the sub-components of psychological wellbeing such as- Environmental Mastery, Personal Growth, Self-Acceptance and Personal Relations. All the sub-components of paternal spiritual health except Transcendence significantly correlate with resilience. One-way analysis of variance reveals that there is a significant difference between the psychological wellbeing and resilience of young adults with both parents high on spiritual health and both parents low on spiritual health. newline
