Design and Efficient Synthesis of Various Novel 1_2_3_Triazole Linked Tetrazoles 1_3_4_Oxadiazoles 1_2_4_Triazolyl_Thiadiazole and 4_Thiazolidinone

Abstract

The thesis entitled DESIGN AND EFFICIENT SYNTHESIS OF VARIOUS NOVEL 1,2,3 TRIAZOLE LINKED TETRAZOLES, 1,3,4-OXADIAZOLES, 1,2,4 TRIAZOLYL THIADIAZOLE AND 4 THIAZOLIDINONE has been divided into six chapters. newlineIn chapter-I describes a general introduction, mechanism of action and pharmacological aspects of Indoles, Indazoles, 1,2,4-Triazoles, 1,2,3-Triazoles derivatives. It also covers the preface about the Indoles, Indazoles, 1,2,4-Triazoles, 1,2,3-Triazoles derivatives and their medicinal importance in detail. newlineIn chapter-II, all the attempted methods to synthesize the novel 1,2,3 triazole linked tetrazoles were explained in detail. Synthesized All the synthesized compounds were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and Mass spectral data. synthesized compounds were tested for possible anticancer activity against two cancer cell lines and some of the compounds displayed substantial activity and also studied the binding interactions by docking scores. newline In chapter-III, a variety of indazole 1,2,3 triazolyl 1,3,4 oxadiazoles derivatives were synthesized in an efficient manner and the compounds were well characterized by spectroscopic methods. The synthesized compounds were tested for possible antimicrobial activity evaluation and docking study and some of the compounds displayed substantial activity and also studied the binding interactions by docking scores. newlineIn chapter-IV, Synthetic methods have been developed for the synthesis of novel phthalazine scaffolds linked to 1,3,4 oxadiazolyl 1,2,3 triazoles with good yields. In addition, the synthesized compounds were subjected for molecular docking and the results revealed that the molecules exhibited good binding affinity towards tubulin protein which indicates their anti-cancer nature.
