Abstract

This report is aimed to illustrate the various types of power newlineconverter topologies and control methods used in the research work. newlineConverter technologies play a vital role in the renewable energy sector due to newlinethe need for quality power and to meet the growing demand for clean power. newlineThe increased adoption of solar and wind powers leads to the demand for newlineconverters with new topologies. As more researchers and manufacturing newlineindustries aim to develop cost-effective products, they become interested in newlinethe development of energy efficient products. The right type of technology for newlineconverting renewable energy can only be found within a power converter. The newlineconversion system has previously consisted of a transmission and distribution newlinesystem with power electronic converters. With the development of renewable newlineenergy conversion systems, the demand for power electronics converters also newlineincreased. newlineCompared with fossil fuels, the utilization rate of renewable newlineresources such as solar, wind, small hydro, and biomass is relatively low. newlineEnergy resources used in the country in the future need to be diversified to newlineensure energy stability. The energy mix needs to be streamlined to ensure newlinecontinuity of supply, taking into account important factors, such as economic newlinecosts, environmental effects, supply efficiency, and customer convenience. newlineHybrid renewable energy generation is a system aimed at producing and using newlineelectricity from more than one source, provided that at least one of these newlinesources is renewable. There are several benefits to the wind-solar hybrid newlinesystem. newline
