| dc.description.abstract | Organizations have been practicing analytics in some way or other and are exploring newlineavenues for the growth of analytics. This study has been carried out by using survey newlinemethod. The data had been collected about the perception for implementation for newlineanalytics that has been in practice in power PSUs. There were 26 questions in Part-1 and newline47 questions in Part-2 of the questionnaire. The pattern of response will help in newlinedetermining the perception picture of the employees for analytics. Also, it will help in newlinedetermining a model for the HR Analytical framework within the organizations. A t-test newlineis a type of inferential statistic used to determine if there is a significant difference newlinebetween the means of two groups, which may be related in certain features. Here t test is newlineconducted on the responses received through questionnaire. Therefore, acceptance of the newlineanalytical results among the employees, change management and Fear that the results newlinemay be far away from the on-ground realities, all are the biggest challenges while newlineexecuting the results of HR Analytics in the organization. HR Analytics is a unified blend newlineof Datafication of HR and Humanization of Data. Through interaction with HR newlineemployees and C-suite executives of a MSME Company, the HR Analytics Blend Model newlinehas been formulated. newline newline | |
