The evolution of healthcare organizations is critical for their growth and development, and any flaws have irreversible implications. Healthcare is putting a greater emphasis on green operations, and transformations. The purpose of the research is to concentrate on the seven key components that are essential for green transformation. The seven key components studied in this research are : readiness factors for green transformation process, barriers to green transformation, green operations strategies, green ergonomics, ergoecology, green transformational leadership and green workforce agility. Research focusses on the broad transition of Indian healthcare organizations to green healthcare organizations. Study also aimed to develop an assessment framework for change readiness in primary healthcare and sustainability assessment framework for hospitals. Through a review of literature and experts opinion, the study has developed conceptual framework for green transformation in healthcare. Study developed conceptual models for the seven components separately using combination of TISM and Neutrosophic- MICMAC analysis, TISM and MICMAC analysis and m-TISM and MICMAC analysis. For the development of assessment models and case study, study utilized multi-grade fuzzy approach and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). For the first component green transformation process in healthcare organizations, the study identified the key factors that must receive more attention in order to move healthcare organization towards green, includes awareness of green governance principle, environment leadership and management, green gap analysis, information and communication technology, innovation dynamics. To facilitate the transition, the second component study investigated the barriers to the green transformation process. The study identified major barriers as financial barriers and high technology adoption cost, information | |
