Abstract

Probiotics are the live microorganisms that offer health benefits upon their consumption newlinein an adequate quantity (WHO). Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterial spp are the significant newlinecomponents of probiotics/gut microbe. Previously, Tissier stated them as bifidobacteria because newlineof their bifid shape.One of the primary objective of the present thesis is to infer the polymorphic newlinenature of Bifidobacteria spp.Because till date, no reports exist emphasizing the polymorphic newlinenature of Bifidobacteria spp. In the following objective, we intend to understand the mechanistic newlineaspects of pleomorphism explicitly targeting the pknA of PG (peptidoglycan) synthesis cluster. newlineAlthough plenty of manuscripts published on Eukaroytic like Ser-Thr kinases (STK), the newlineresources such as their nucleic acid, amino acid sequences, biophysical and biochemical newlineproperties of the kinase are not freely available.
