A Study on Mediating Role of Occupational Stress and Job Satisfaction with Emotional Intelligence and Organisational Commitment among Health care Professionals Nurses with Special Reference to Pune City

Abstract

The Present Research was designed to Investigate the Mediatory Role of Occupational Stress newlineand Job Satisfaction among Health Care Professionals (Nurses ) in Multispecialty Hospitals newline(Pune).To achieve this the researcher collected data from various Multispecialty Hospitals newlineUsing the standardized Questionnaire ,Sample size of 600 Health care professionals was newlinetaken for the Study .The finding indicated a strong Positive Correlation between Emotional newlineIntelligence and Organisational Commitment among the Nurses .The Organisational newlineCommitment among the Nurses is influenced by Various interconnected factors such as newlineLeadership effectiveness ,Workplace Culture ,Job satisfaction ,Interpersonal Relationship and newlineOrganisational Policies contributes to shaping the commitment levels. Occupational stress newlineemerged as a significant mediator in the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and newlineorganizational Commitment. Results underscore the importance of recognizing and newlineaddressing emotional wellbeing. In Nursing Management practices to cultivate a committed newlineand resilient health care workforce. Based on the findings the interventions can be planned newlineand implemented in the Hospitals newline
