Abstract

The present study defines the concept of employee orientation and employee retention. The term of employee orientation method to educate/aware the new worker about he goals and responsibilities of the job and philosophy of organization whereas employee retention means the retain the valuable employee in an organization for longer periods. This study has brought out the effect of employee orientation on employee retention in automobile section in National Capital Region of India.
