Impact of emotional maturity and self efficacy on teaching effectiveness of school teachers

Abstract

Role of teacher and criterion for effective teaching are increasing and being complex newlinein modern time. In modern educational research, teaching effectiveness of teachers is found newlinenew and trending research area. In modern education teacher deals with various challenging newlineand emotional disturbance situations. Teacher needs to control his/her own emotion and newlineapply emotion in classroom situation with proper understanding and proper way. In newlineclassroom situation effective teacher should control his class room environment, control newlinestudents emotions, understand emotions of students, resolved students problem. So teacher newlineshould be emotionally mature which helps him/her to adjustment with profession related newlineproblem and effective teaching. Qualities of effective teacher are increasing and various new newlinemethods and techniques are coming in modern teacher. Effective teacher should be able to newlineuse this method for effective teaching and should have self beliefs in his/her ability to do a newlinenew task.
