In present research work several impacts of mechanical neck pain was studied among school teachers which includes scapula position, neck disability and quality of life among school teachers. Where results accept research hypothesis and display statistically significant changes in all study variables i.e. scapula position, neck disability, and quality of life. It was observed various factors are responsible for altered position of scapula, such as long hours of working in static posture, teaching hours per day, number of hours spent on screen, number of hours spent while performing administrative task and teaching experience are primary risk factors for obtained results. Also, as neck pain affects scapula position it is further corelated that due to this there is imbalance in scapulothoracic musculature which supports scapula and cervical spine and may further leads to occurrence of moderate to severe neck disability among teachers. And finally, above collective factors markedly affect physical and mental health among school teachers. Several factors are responsible for poor physical health of teachers as they have to manage their family life as well as workplace since females are more prevalent in teaching profession hence, they are continuously struggle in holding balance between workplace and personal life, which puts them in unnecessary pressure and stress. Also, workload is higher on teachers due to diminished manpower which puts teachers under severe work pressure because of scarcity of teachers or administrative staff where they are subjected to perform several tasks which were entitled to be performed by others. Results from the study signify that school teachers not only suffer from poor physical health but also gradually affected their quality of life which is a matter of concern since teachers lay important foundation for future generation hence their own wellbeing is utmost important and should be taken care by the competent authorities. newline
