| dc.description.abstract | The growing concern on oil shortage and environmental pollution leads many countries to find an alternative for a sustainable future. The Electric Vehicles (EVs) are gaining more attention in order to overcome the negative consequences of the present transportation system. The electric vehicles are used to minimize the oil usage in the transport sector and environmental issues. However, the growing adoption of EVs require the growth in charging stations. So, the conventional parking lots can be converted into smart parking lots by installing charging points.
