Abstract

Education is the process of bringing desirable change into the behavior of human beings. The term education is mainly used in, three senses to indicates a process , a system and a goal. It can be conceived as a planned process of purposeful learning . It can be formal, non-formal and even informal. Education is a lifelong process. It starts at the time of birth and continues till the last birth. If we give formal or non formal education, communication technologies and its uses are more important to know everyone. Communication is a process by which two or more people exchange ideas, feeling or impressions. It refers to the whole range of human gesture, sounds, pictures, words, signs and actions. When such technologies are used for educational purposes, namely to support and improve the learning of students and to develop learning environments, ICT can be considered as a subfield of Educational Technology. In modern society ICT is ever-present, this rapid growth, especially in developing countries, has led ICT to become a keystone of everyday life. The increasing use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) has brought changes to teaching and learning at all levels of higher education systems (HES) leading to quality enhancements. newline
