This thesis, titled and#8213;An newlineAssessment of Emerging HR Practices in New Normal Conditions with Special newlineReference to Selected Banks,and#8214; investigates how banks have navigated these newlinechallenges, focusing on the strategies employed to ensure workforce efficiency, newlinewell-being, and adaptability. newlineThe research aims to assess the evolving landscape of HR practices in the banking newlinesector under the new normal. It identifies emerging trends such as remote work, newlinedigital transformation, employee mental health initiatives, and workforce re-skilling. newlineBy analyzing the impact of these practices, the study highlights their effectiveness in newlineaddressing the challenges posed by the new normal, including disruptions to newlinetraditional work models, employee disengagement, and technological inadequacies. newlineA mixed-methods approach was adopted to achieve these objectives. Quantitative newlinedata was collected through structured surveys administered to employees and HR newlineprofessionals from selected banks, capturing their perceptions of the implemented newlineHR practices. This was complemented by qualitative data gathered through in-depth newlineinterviews, which provided nuanced insights into organizational challenges and newlineresponses.
