The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act is an Indian law enacted by the Parliament of India. The study made an attempt to study the implementation of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 in Haryana, the infrastructure of select government and private schools, the awareness level of the target group about the right to education and the provisions of the Right to Education Rules and the acceptability of parents and teachers regarding the mixing of children from diversified backgrounds. newline
