Design Formulation and Evaluation of Bilayer Tablet of Etoricoxib and Thiocolchicoside a Chronomodulated Approach

Abstract

The goal of this study was to formulate and evaluate bilayer tablet of etoricoxib and thiocolchicoside for the treatment of gout or arthritis. The whole project was completed with various aspect as enhancement of solubility of drug etoricoxib by different techniques and its comparison, RP_HPLC method development for simultaneous estimation of etoricoxib and thiocolchicoside, formulation and evaluation of bilayer tablet of etoricoxib and thiocolchicoside using optimization technique and estimation of various pharmacokinetic parameters using rat models.
