Abstract

The COVID-19 has serious effects on health and wellness and other social systems, as well as the global economy. The purpose of this study is to develop a new scale for COVID-19 for Health and wellness of the peoples. I have attempted to develop a new scale of COVID-19 for people s health and wellness based on people s experience on COVID-19 and enhances the people s health with specific Pranayama Practices. In this Abstract, most COVID-19 concerns about health enhancement of peoples in COVID-19 apart from cognitive evaluation of different self-scales to assess for specific Health and guide treatment. As of April 2nd, 2023, COVID 19 continues to be a global health crisis. While there have been significant advances in vaccine development and distribution, the virus continues to spread, and there are concerns about new variants emerging. As of now, the global total number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 has surpassed 482 million, and the total number of deaths has surpassed 6.4 million. The pandemic has affected almost every country, with some being hit harder than others. Governments and public health officials around the world are continuing to work to control the spread of the virus through measures such as vaccination campaigns, social distancing, and wearing masks in public. However, there is still a long way to go to bring the pandemic under control, and the situation remains unpredictable. Chapter 1 gives the introduction where the basic concepts of COVID-19 are explained. How the COVID-19 has major effects on health care system as well as socially and economically of the world. How? In this chapter, it is tried scientifically to interpret the concept of COVID 19 and explain by using different tools. Hypothesis statement leading to defining the research problem and objectives. The objectives of this research works is to develop a new scale for How one feel about one s own COVID-19 situation by using pre-post design of Yoga intervention.
