Abstract
Health care industry has developed and transformed over the several years as a
newlinecompetitive market. A report from Institute of Healthcare Improvement compares that two
newlinesituations of present and future. It states that the way we care for patients today in
newlinecomparison to what we are supposed to extend to patients in the coming years has a lot of
newlinedifference in terms of high quality of medical services. Institute of Healthcare Improvement
newline(IHI) (Mulissa et al., 2020)plays vital role in quality and patient safety, it also describes a
newlineframework to emphasize the optimization of hospital systems and performance. The IHI
newlineTriple aim concentrated upon the three vital elements those are; improving patient experience
newlineof care (quality), improving health of populations and reducing the per capita cost of health
newlinecare. Whereas Michael porter value strategy emphasized upon the phenomena of breaking
newlinedown the activities so that the very minute aspect can also be tracked down to see the effect
newlineof it or value of it. These two combined efforts have been applied to health services to
newlinemeasure the data quality as well care of quality while making sure the value to customer as
newlinewell to healthcare professionals has been taken care of.
