Adequate Supply of Manpower is the next most important factor in their opinion. Developed Telecom Infrastructure hold the third important place for location selection. Connectivity, Power and Law and order respectively come on the fourth, fifth and sixth position in terms of their importance for selecting a BPO location. newline newlineIn Uttar Pradesh, barring the NCR region Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi, Agra and Allahabad are the top 5 locations where entrepreneurs are willing to set BPO if conductive environment is available. newlineAll the Cities selected for the study fall in the category of Locations with Average BPO Career Affinity .
