| dc.description.abstract | Multicultural, multinational and multilinguistic terms are very common and have become part and parcel of global organizations of today. This plays a vital role on the employees that too especially to who work in a particular culture and try to change to a new one and getting adopted to the change. Work Culture Plays an important role in organizational success. Many Organizations in India are facing tough time Managing their Employee and operations. This research is a framework to study the impact of Cross Cultural work practices adopted in corporates in Chennai city to examine the impact of improved work culture among employees among multinational companies operating in Indian premises. The outcome of a proper study, survey has been quantified and used to explain observed differences between cultures and barriers prevailing. newlineThe dimensions observed were such as social and work commitment of an employee, workplace relationship, motivational factors, ambience and environment of the organization, leaves, holidays, perks and salary levels, individual growth, organizational growth etc., newlineIn recent years, due to the growth of various multi nationals have emerged and individually all follow or practice different culture. Employees who work for such organization are more concentrated on the overview however when this comes for merging of organization, adoption of new policies or even an individual try to change his job and accommodate himself to the new environment, he / they face many problem due to mismatch of cultural practices. newline Let us assume a case of an Indigenous company makes a merger or collaboration with a foreign multinational, in such cases many companies reflect themselves successful or they fail due to some reason. The main reason observed and recorded in research were many Indian companies do collaboration or merger and they still manage to run the show locally thereby not incorporate or practice the cultural policies as done by their global principal.
