The integration of digital media has become increasingly prevalent in higher education institutions, offering opportunities. This thesis investigates the utilization of digital media by higher education institutions for gainful outcomes, focusing on various aspects of digital media and domains of higher educational institutions. Representatives / authorities from various domains of higher educational institutions are studied through a mixed-methods approach incorporating qualitative and quantitative aspects. The study explores the use, purposes, characteristics, performance, effectiveness of digital media.
