Abstract

Mobile ad hoc Network (MANET) is the combination of various nodes which are having wireless connectivity. These type of network are not predefined it may consist dynamically and self-maintained. In this network nodes are moving in the network are randomly. I these type of network the arrangement of the nodes is really dynamic because of the fats mobility of the nodes in the network area. That is the reason calculation of the network performance is the tedious task just because of this random arrangements of the nodes. These type of network perform the communication between the nodes of the network by simple transfer the data packet from one node to another. With the same method the data packet propagates between the various nodes and then reached to the final position. The initial position of the communication is called the Source and final position is called Destination in this Mobile Ad hoc Network. Every node of the network having the feature to account the information of the data pass through it but it can generate this information only when the communication is commenced from the source node. All the nodes of the network participate in the communication according the condition and even not having any information regarding the arrangements of the nodes in the network. For proper data transmission arrangements of the nodes is must be known. Node can find out the ways in which nodes are attached in the network by simply broadcast the own id in the network and wait for the respective reply message from any neighbour node of the same network.
