Abstract
Of all the macro and micro nutrients required by plants Nitrogen, Phosphorous and potassium are the three main nutrients required by all the plants, play a vital role in crop productivity. In most of the semi arid regions of world, crop productivity is confined due to drought and nutrient deficiency in soil. The present scenario of world seeks high production of food in most sustainable ways without causing damage to environment and ecosystem. Using Organic fertilizers for removing the adverse effects of chemical inputs in agricultural production can be beneficial. The Phosphorus Solubilizing Bacteria and Vesicular ArbuscularMycorrhiza are capable of alleviating the nutrient status of soil and enhancing crop productivity. The present study is an attempt to find out the best possible bioinoculum combination that can be used for enhancing plant productivity.

newline The objective of this investigation was to isolate and identify dominant Vesicular ArbuscularMycorrhizal fungi (VAM) and Phosphorus Solubilizing Bacteria (PSB) species from the rhizosphere soil of Jaipur region. The dominant Vesicular ArbuscularMycorrhizal fungi (VAM) and Phosphorus Solubilizing Bacteria (PSB) species were mass multiplied and used as starter inoculums under pot trials. The experiment was setup using the soil collected from non-cultivated farmlands of Jaipur region. The experiment was established in pots with AM fungi and P-solubilizing bacteria on tomato, brinjal and cucumber plants for 90 days. The plants were uprooted from each treatment and were analyzed for the morphological and biochemical parameters after 30 days, 60 days and 90 days each. Similarly, the analysis of experimental soil was also carried out on various parameters like pH, organic carbon percentage, electrical conductivity, macro and micronutrients.
