Physical activityand#8223; and mankindand#8223;, these two are inseparable. Human being is a social animal by its nature. Intellectuality is the power of human being which separating him/her from other animals in the hunting societyand#8223;. They struggled for survival by hunting, food collecting, warring with beasts etc. Besides, the hunting societyand#8223;, being unaware about the essence of different types of movement activity in life, they spent a lot of time in various types of activities in their leisure time. newlineIn the plough periodand#8223; (about 4000 years ago), participation of women was less in work outside the home, women had to play a key role in cultivation. For instance, a man who had more than one wife could cultivate more land than a man who had only one wife. In this period, games and sports did not play any significant role in mankind. newline
