Abstract

The synergetic or opportunistic interfaces between Homo sapiens and microbial newlinerealm are fascinating. Many different microorganisms which are now known as normal newlinehuman microbiota are associated from birth with human beings. These are known to be newlineessential for our healthy living. newline However, there are few sub-microscopic or microscopic newlineagents like complicated assemblies of molecules and a cellular agents like viruses; newlineunicellular organisms such as bacteria, protozoa and yeast; and multicellular fungi that newlineare deleterious to humans and animals. During the course of evolution, human beings newlinehave developed collection of resources for protection consisting of an extremely evolved newlineimmune system. Similarly infectious agents have developed different counter measures newlinein form of pathogenicity factors that permit them to survive and multiply even in the newlinepresence of host-defense machineries newline
