This research sheds light on Psychometric Testing based on William Marston s Disc Theory As per the proceeding of the chapter 1, this chapter is going to develop and further proceed with the aims and objectives of the research. This research is very much significant to denote the contextual background of this kind of test that makes a significant progress in the various organisation of the Pune, India. The effectiveness of this test has been discussed in this study. Different factors associated with behavioural engagement have been defined in this research.
