Corrosion is that the deterioration of metal by chemical attack or reaction with newlineits environment. It is a continuing and repeated problem over metal surface as well as newlinedifficult to eliminate completely. Prevention of corrosion would be more practical and newlineachievable than complete elimination. Carbon steel (CS) has been used in the oil, newlinefood, energy, chemical and construction industries due to its different applications, the newlinemajority of which are owing to its superior mechanical properties. When compared to newlineother metals, CS has a high mechanical resistance, durability and toughness, with newlinecompare others metals. It is a widely available and modestly priced. Corrosion control newlineof metals is technical, economic, environmental and aesthetical importance. The newlineutilization of inhibitors is one among the simplest solutions to protect metals and newlinealloys from corrosion. Plant products are affordable, easily available, renewable, newlineenvironmentally beneficial and acceptable. newline
