Abstract
newlineWireless Sensor Networks WSN consists of numerous tiny sensors and performs a specific work The energy for the sensor nodes are obtained from a battery It is also a challenging work for supplanting the battery when it is drained The sensor nodes transmit the data occasionally to a base station through a multihop wireless connection Many WSN applications want centralized storage of sensor data Congestion happens during data collection and transmission to the centralized storage over the WSN Congestion arises in a fragment of a network if the network traffic upsurges to a level so that it yields a reduced throughput If the rate of data arrival is larger than the rate of data delivery congestion happens Some factors like contention interference and bit errors cause congestion in the network Congestion ensues in the sensors nodes to sink node direction while data are broadcasted in many to one approach Congestion induces undifferentiating packet loss augmented data delay unexploited energy and reduced reliability
