dc.description.abstractnewline The objective of the thesis is to investigate the flow of an newlineelectrically charged fluid through a duct with symmetric wall distortions newlineand a cross-channel in the presence of a uniform, transverse magnetic newlinefield. newlineThe flow is assumed to be laminar, incompressible and viscous. newlineThe numerical solutions of magnetohydrodynamic flow through duct newlinehave been computed. The radial bafunction-basedased finite difference newlinemethod (RBF-FD) is used to solve the Magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) newlineflow equation in a rectangular duct in the presence of the transverse newlineexternal oblique magnetic field.
