Abstract

Automatic estimation of disease and its severity plays a vital role in disease management which increases the production yield from agricultural crops thereby increasing the economy of our country. Many decision support systems were developed based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help with farming, for the existing farmers and the growing generation. When compared to traditional farming, usage of these systems, helps the experts as well as the farmers to analyze and monitor the crop effectively, with less effort, cost and time. newline
