Multi-Input Multi-Output (MIMO) configuration based antennas are used for transferring the information from one device to another. Initially, 2×2 MIMO antenna configurations are used which have a low bandwidth efficiency and radiation pattern. In order to improve the radiation pattern, a 4×4 MIMO antenna configuration pattern is used in many devices such as mobile routers, Direct To Home (DTH) and smart phones. For fast communication of data between various devices, 5G mobile networks are proposed, which uses 3.4 GHz to 3.6 GHz frequency pattern. The size of the antenna components are reduced at this frequency range. In this regard, the novelty of this research work is proposed as to design a highly efficient MIMO antenna for 5G wearable applications with a low-profile dual broad band wearable slot antenna for the frequency bands 3.4-3.6 GHz (LTE Band 42) and (5.15-5.925) GHz for 5G wearable applications. newlineIn this research work, the 5G smart watch is designed using dual band MIMO antenna array structure. In first proposed work, the Two L shaped monopole slots are etched on the ground plane which is printed on the backside substrate of 0.8 mm thick FR4 (dielectric Constant = 4.6 and Tangential loss = 0.02). The Antenna 1 (Ant 1) and Antenna 2 (Ant 2) are located on the top and bottom side edges of the substrate. Each slot is coupled fed by the 50 and#937; L shaped feeding strip printed on another side of the substrate. The newline
