The data were collected both online and offline and using a self-administered newlinequestionnaire. Pilot study was conducted to check the reliability and validity of data newlinewhich was followed by final collection of the data. 15,824 was the population and newline375 was the sample size with a 95% confidence level. Final data of 364 respondents newlinewere used for the study. Statistical package for social studies (SPSS) was used to newlineanalyse the data. newlineThe results of the study show that those IT Companies implementing newlineWLBPs seriously, having good QWL which leads to great performance and newlinesatisfaction of its employees.
