Improved Load Balancing For Cloud Computing Using Cluster Based Approaches

Abstract

Cloud Computing is an evolving technology that is used for sharing computing resources online. Here, every resource is offered as a service, like software, hardware, and infrastructure, over the internet. This technology provides all the services based on the pay-as-you-go (PAYG) model. Though the technology comes with abundant services and wide benefits in these areas, it also faces difficult situations related to privacy, security, reliability, etc. that are correlated to this technology. The toughest challenge encountered in Cloud Computing is Load Balancing (LB), where the issues are related to turn-around time, memory allocation, network cost, performance, and response time. When load balancing is executed efficiently, there is a subsequent increase in the performance of the distributed environment. Recent research was carried out to prevent issues caused by under-loading and overloading in VMs (Virtual Machines). newline
