newline ABSTRACT newlineThis study is about human resource of NGOs. According manpower newlinedeployed by NGOs, mostly dedicated people work for the cause and newlineobjectives of NGO. The researcher attempted to find out what can be best newlinehuman resource (mindset) for leading NGO as professional organization. newlineA scale of Entrepreneurship attributes has been chosen for data collection. newlineData is collected from volunteers about their six attributes (human newlineresource). First is Self-Perception, second is Organizational ability and newlineManagerial skills, third is Personality Maturity, fourth is Reaction newlineformation, fifth is Human Relationship and sixth is Human engineering. newlineThe data is collected from 1001 volunteers working on supervisory and newlinemanagerial position in three NGOs, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), newlineVivekanand Kendra and Swaminarayan Sanstha. The data of 995 newlinevolunteers is tabulated. Six forms are rejected due to their mischievous newlineentries. Out of total sample size RSS contributed 49% of volunteers, newlineVivekanand Kendra has contributed 25% of volunteers and Swaminarayan newlineSanstha (BAPS) has contributed 26% of volunteers. newlineRespondent volunteers are from different districts of vidharvbha. 61 newlinevolunteers are from Akola. newline68 volunteers are from Amaravati. 17 newlinevolunteers are from Buldhana. 25 volunteers are from Chandrapur. 12 newlinevolunteers are from Gadhchiroli. 36 volunteers are from Gondia. 519 newlinevi newlinevolunteers are from Nagpur. newline61 volunteers are from Akola. 114 volunteers are from Wardha. 22 newlinevolunteers are from Washim. 96 volunteers are from Yawatmal. newlineWe have identified Political and Social background of volunteers also. 888 newlinevolunteers are having social background and remaining 113 volunteers are newlinedirectly associated with political party. newlineThe most important data fields are gender, Age group (Experience) and newlineEducation. The data volunteers have 232 females and 769 males. Age wise, newline508 volunteers (51%) are above the age of 35 years and 493 volunteers newline(49%) are below the age of 35 years.
