The main plots treatments included two tillage implementations (CT1) newlineconventional tillage and (MT2) minimum tillage, as well as five sources of organic manure and newlineinorganic nitrogen utilization in the sub plots with one control, namely (NU0) control, (NU1) newlineUrea and DAP (50%) + FYM (50%), (NU2) Urea and DAP (25%) + FYM (75%), (NU3) Urea newlineand DAP (50%) + VC (50%), (NU4) Urea and DAP (25%) + VC (75%) and (NU5) Urea and newlineDAP (100%) and one foliar application (ZW) foliar applied zinc with (ZC) control in sub sub newlineplots analysis by split split plot design with three replication. In the two-year trial, significant newlineand maximum growth attributes, yield and yield attributes viz., effective tillers/plant (4.99), newlinespikelets/spike (16.79), awn length (7.57), grain yield (3.78, 4.01, and 3.89 t/ha, during both the newlineyears and pooled), harvest index (44.40%), quality parameters viz., seed protein (12.43%), and newlineeconomics viz., gross return (86817.06, 100197.02 and 93507.04 and#8377;/ha in both the years and newlinepooled), were observed in conventional tillage, respectively. In minimum tillage, was noticed newlinemore macro and micro nutrients in soil, the soil pH is near-natural, and less electrical newlineconductivity. While, significantly the highest of benefit cost ratio values (1.491 and 1.397 in newline2015-16 and pooled) were recorded under the minimum tillage. In the first year, inorganic and newlineorganic nitrogen utilization was found to be superior in terms of growth, grain yield 4.00 t/ha newlineand straw yield 7.87 t/ha, and quality parameters, as well as profitability, when using a 100% newlineinorganic fertilizer.
